Caitlin is from a rural village deep in the Wiltshire countryside and has graduated from Birmingham City University with a BA (Hons) in Textile Design: Printed Textiles & Surface Design.
She uses the contrasting influences of her surroundings, adventurous activities and literature to create dynamic and endearing designs for fashion and interior application. In her work, Caitlin focuses on experimenting with line and surface interaction alongside delicate drawing and print, using colour and texture to enhance her work.
Since graduating Caitlin has gone on to study Bespoke Tailoring at the Savile Row Academy, graduating from the course at the end go summer 2020, and has spent time perfecting her skills since then. Currently, she works from home on tailoring commissions and pattern design briefs, as well as teaching herself more about pattern drafting and making.
